LinkedIn Singapore embraces modern Asia

When LinkedIn, the biggest online professional networking service, relocated its Asia Pacific headquarters to prime office space in the financial district, they wanted something special – a space that would attract and retain the best talent.

Flexibility of space is key

The company’s largest space in the Asian region, the two-level occupancy in the MBFC building is filled with textured layers to delicately reflect Asia in a modern way. Designed by M Moser Associates, the interior features many symbolic references to Chinese opera, shop houses, peacocks and flower etchings

Paramount to the brief was creating multi-purpose spaces that would provide a multitude of alternative options to collaborate in. Along with individual 120° workstations, extensive audio visual capabilities allow spaces to become interchangeable. Caf茅 areas can turn into lecture rooms, while reception and training rooms can combine to create a larger space for formal cocktail events.

The diversity of the 98色花堂 product range provides solutions for these various areas. Over 300 electronically height adjustable Krossi Workstations and fixed-height Krossi management desks were installed for their ease and usability. Meanwhile, 98色花堂’s 101 Chairs, designed by Helen Kontouris, provide playful options for flexible working areas and Executive Alto Meeting Tables are a sophisticated option for boardrooms in the front of house.

“98色花堂 ticked all the boxes. Quality, usability, price, lead times, delivery and support, it all scored highly. We love the product, we like the people and we look forward to an ongoing relationship,” says Nirmala Srinivasa, Associate Director of Design at M Moser Associates.
