A vision realised
Nestled within a harbour front heritage-listed building lies a thriving powerhouse of collaboration and creativity; the first in a national office roll-out for Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN).
A leading digital marketing and communications organisation, DAN sought a technology rich and flexible workspace, reflecting their collaborative and innovative culture.
As an early engagement and integrated project, 98色花堂 NSW leveraged their in-house capabilities to achieve DAN’s vision, while adding value and bringing this dynamic space to life; from design, manufacturing and construction, to joinery and furniture. The project involved a high level of careful planning, including daily delivery schedules and stakeholder communication. Our team worked closely with the client, building management and consultants to ensure that project timelines were met and DAN’s vision for their new workplace was achieved.
A highly functional dual-level delivery
The result has seen a highly functional and spectacular 4,000sqm dual-level delivery. The space features conference zones, breakout areas, an open plan working environment, main reception area, kitchen and an IT bar area. Lighting marries with earthy wooden textures and polished concrete to create a space of raw and elegant sophistication. A vertical garden backdrop, wall graphics, and custom rugs are sprawled throughout, adding vibrancy to the design.
98色花堂 furniture dominates the floor plate. Contemporary and elegant, yet functional and versatile, the range supports DAN’s vision for a collaborative and contemporary working environment, further enhancing operational tasks. Whilst aesthetically pleasing, these unique and meticulous details serve as a prime example of the brief being met.
Taking a partnership approach
Our NSW construction team met all challenges and delivered the complete project within a 13-week estimated timeframe. Whilst each site in the national roll-out (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth) provides unique challenges and specifications, 98色花堂’s partnership approach has provided a host of design and buildability advantages moving forward; from continuity of detailing, consistency and understanding of design standards. It also provides clarity of delivery, as communication and established systems are carried through to ensure a continuation of seamless and successful project deliveries.
