Reece Group Announcement

A workplace built for innovation

We are proud to announce our appointment as construction partner for the Reece Group Fitout Project. Located in the heritage-listed Rosella complex in Cremorne, The Reece Group's new headquarters will see the collaboration between CBRE Project Management, Futurespace, ARUP, Sandpit, Slattery, Trout, PLP, and our VIC construction team. Collectively, we will deliver an innovative workplace for the iconic Australian company.

The Reece Group’s move to Cremorne will be the largest in its history. Motivated by a growing workforce and the need to futureproof their organisation, the Cremorne headquarters is a centralised hub designed to support the Reece Group in their commitment to innovation and improving the lives of their people and customers.

Spanning approximately 7,400sqm across seven floors, the workplace will comprise various forms of open and collaborative workspaces, breakouts, meeting rooms, as well as dedicated client areas. The project also includes an immersive showcase area on the ground floor with interactive displays and product design concepts for purposeful collaboration between staff, clients, and suppliers.

The new Cremorne building represents Reece’s future, an innovative and collaborative workplace enabling us to be the trade’s most valuable partner – helping them succeed in a digital world.

Peter Wilson, Reece Group CEO

Our partnership with Reece Group has also allowed our two organisations to work towards building a better future for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Through 98色花堂 Ganbu, we have made a commitment to providing employment opportunities for First Australians through an apprenticeship program.

Upon completion, the Reece Group will have a functional and connected environment for their people to continue innovating and inspiring for the next 100 years and beyond. We look forward to joining them on this journey.
